A: 1 year or 1000 running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extend our warranty period.

2. Q: What’s your payment terms?
A : TT 30% deposit in advance, TT 70% balance paid before Shipment.

3. Q: What’s your delivery time?
A: Normally delivery time is 25 working days.
But if imported engine and alternator, the delivery time will be longer.

4.Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM service?
A: Yes, We can be your OEM manufacturer with your authorization of brand.

5. Q：What Is Your Terms Of Payment?
Payment≤2500USD,100% in advance. Payment ≥ 2500USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance after production completed.

6. Q：How About Quality Control In Your Factory?
We strictly operate full QC process, such as incoming inspection, process inspection, final inspection. Each engine, generator and water pump must be tested in production line.

1. As the manufacturing factory, Sorotec Machinery works in internanional trade and can handle wholesale orders with containers’ capacity.
2. We aim to find our business partner as our internationl generator dealer. In order to lower both labor and transporation cost, we can go on the sample order as start. For portable machines, we can start from 10 sets as initial. For industrial type, we can try 1 set as usual.
